COVID19 & Return to Worship

As the state of Ohip begins to loosen the "Stay at Home" orders the Congregational Council is discussing what will be done before, and after we can resume worship in our sanctuary. My first consideration is the safety of our congregation. I know we are all anxious to return to regular Sunday worship, however, the reality is, that will not happen for a very long time. Even when we do return to worship in the sanctuary there will be social distancing, the wearing of masks, and other steps we will need to take in order to insure the safety of our most vulnerable members.

Please click on the following link and read some of the suggested guidelines from the Southern Ohio Synod Office. This letter was produced by a team that included Pastor Larry Donner, former pastor here at Messiah.

I will post regular articles on this site with information concerning COVID19 and other issues so you will be informed and up to date on what is happening at Messiah.

Blessings,

Pastor Ray
